If you need the system to be able to make and receive calls as different companies, you need to add this set-up charge. Normal single company set-up is FREE.

Telephone Numbers
Our new telephone numbers come in blocks of 5. You have users, so ensure you have a minimum of 5 new telephone numbers.
How to calculate numbers?
You need to allocate: Extensions + Call Groups + External Numbers
A call group is a group of phones that ring together e.g. The Sales Department phones
If your telephone number can currently only take one call at a time, use this service. One off fee
If your current telephone number is a multiline (can take more than one call at once) you need to choose this service. If you have a range of numbers, such as DDI, also enter the number of ranges here. One off fee
You need telephone numbers for each user and call group.
